All of us at North County Cat Hospital are saddened to hear about the closure of All Cats Hospital in Carlsbad that is scheduled at the end of April .

Dr. Lynn Yut is a great veterinarian and a wonderful person and her care for all of her patients will be missed by the community.

We are doing our best to accommodate the influx of new patient requests that we have been receiving.

If you decide to transition your cats' care to North County Cat Hospital, we ask that you address the following:

1. Send Us the Previous Medical Records

Dr. Yut has set up an All Cats Hospital portal for her clients to download their cats' medical records. The portal can be found at

After you receive the records, you can email them to us at cat@nccat.com or you can send them through our Contact Us page.

You can also fax them to us at 760-631-6716.

It is helpful to us to receive the records prior to any appointment.

2. Fill Out Our Client and Patient Information Forms.
